I'm a Service Advisor with about three years in the automotive industry. I've worked to build a reputation for being dependable and honest with customers. My goal is always to make the service experience smooth and stress-free. I spent two and a half years with Nissan, then six months with Chevrolet. Now, I'm at Norm Reeves Subaru Rockwall. My experience has taught me how to communicate clearly, understand vehicle concerns, and make the process easy and positive for everyone. I'm passionate about customer service and making sure people have a great experience. I enjoy helping customers understand their car's needs and ensuring everything is handled smoothly. I find building trust with customers is the most rewarding part of the job. I'm from Coos Bay, Oregon, and I'm married. I went to Charlotte High School and then Boston. I'm told I'm reliable, honest, and approachable. I keep things organized, communicate clearly, and try to support both customers and teammates.
