Jesus took good care of me, there were a couple things that were out of his control like the over scheduling of personnel, but he needed as easy as feasible for me to get my car worked on and I truly appreciate that.

He actually barely talked to me so I really have not much of an opinion. He did not explain why the tire could not be fixed. I did not know I had a two year guarantee on the tire I bought a few months ago so it was a total surprise when I got the bill. If I had not seen the advertisement on the table in the waiting room, I would not have been able to figure out why. It was a different service agent to I talked to , with whom I arranged to transfer my oil change/ tire rotation from the next day to that one so I would not have to return and an even different one, a woman , who took care of the final bill.
